Not all effort leads to growth - and simply trying harder is not always the solution.

Over the years, I've seen how easy it is to fall into cycles of overtraining, work overload or simply doing things on autopilot. As a certified coach in endurance sports, exponential health and personal development, I have accompanied many people to break those patterns.
